ELIGIBILITY: Conditions of entry as per National rules.

Nationally Registered races. J3’s and older

ENTRIES: All entries to be on standard FIS entry forms.
Separate forms for male and female competitors, including year of birth.
All entries to be submitted by the Team Captain of each team. Entries must reach the Race Secretary by 1200hrs Friday July 20th 2001

NB Late entries may be accepted at the Team Captains meeting but may also be subject to a late entry fee of $20 per entry.

ENTRY FEES: $NZ 30-00 per race

BIB DEPOSIT: A deposit of $25-00 per bib or $100-00 per team will be payable at the Team Captains meeting before bibs are issued. This bib deposit will be refunded on return of the bibs at the completion of racing.

TEAM CAPTAINS MEETING:

Basement Meeting Room, Queenstown Primary School, Robins Road, Queenstown (adjacent to school car park and beneath School Hall)

LIFT PASSES:

Racer's concession - Adults – $NZ 34.00

Childs Pass $NZ17.00 (16yrs + under)

Cheques payable to Queenstown Alpine Ski Team

Complimentary passes will be issued to coaches as per listed on race entry form – 1 pass per 8 athletes.
Lift tickets will be available at the Team Captains meeting or the Race Office from 7-30am on the day of the race.

RACE OFFICE: Administration block.
Office opens at 7-15am.

DAILY PROGRAMME:

Will be available at the Team Captains meeting or will be posted on the official notice board at the entry to the Day Room off the main deck at Coronet Peak.
