Challenges and Communications
The office is getting set up with many challenges behind me and a plentiful supply ahead. The new landline number is 09 365 1348, feel free to give me a call. Several projects are running a few weeks behind, but progress is being made and the website and this e-news should keep you up to date. However if I have missed something please let me know and I will do my best to help. The website is undergoing an overhaul, however the brand new site will not be launched until next year and this current edition is a work in progress. Your feedback on the site and its content is much appreciated. Soon you will be able to email team members from the site and share photos that you have taken of athletes and events with all our members. The for sale section of the site has been neglected and to those of you who use this regularly I apologise, however it has not been an urgent action item. Please bear with me whilst I make changes to it. Email is the best form of communication for me and you can reach me direct on simon@skiracing.org.nz.
This newsletter will be coming out at the start of each month, so if you have something that you would like communicated to the membership of SRNZ please send it to me by 25th of the previous month.
What’s happening next year?
The Calendar is a work in progress and one of the things that is not quite finished. I hope to have the first drafts completed by the middle of this month and will post it on the site as soon as it is ready. Keep checking the site regularly for updates. If your club or programme have an event that you feel should be included please drop me a line.
