Online registration will be available for all members of Ski Racing New Zealand (SRNZ) for the 2009-2010 Season. This service is provided by ClubHub and RedZed and by clicking on the link below you will be taken to their site to complete registraion and payment. Your details remain secure and confidential and the database is 'owned' by Ski Racing New Zealand.
During this process you will have the choice of membership level, and the abilityto pay online or offline. Offline payments attract a $25 service fee, please include this with your membership fee.

There are three different Athlete categories as well as categories for officials and SRNZ supporters
Overseas athletes must register for a National Licence in order to compete in National events; they must also prove they are a member of a club either overseas or in New Zealand.
The cost for an overseas athlete to register for National Points is the same as normal New Zealand athletes.
Age Requirements for Entry Level Registration: 1999 and later.
All athletes training with a member organisation (or through a Member Organisation training provider) are required to register with SRNZ.
Registered Entry Level athletes (renewable annually) will be eligible to:
a) Be a member of Ski Racing New Zealand
b) Compete in the Entry Level events and the junior event at the North Island and South Island Championships
Age Requirements for National Registration: Born 1998 or earlier.
Athletes holding a national registration (renewable annually) will be eligible to:
a) Be a member of Ski Racing New Zealand
b) Compete in all National Points, Youth Series and Regional Competitions
c) Be included on the National Registered athletes list
d) Apply for an International FIS licence (subject to age and criteria - refer below)
Documentation required for a NEW National Registration:
Proof of age (e.g. copy of Birth Certificate, Passport)
Age Requirements for FIS Registration: Born 1st June 1993 or earlier.
IMPORTANT: Athletes registering for FIS for the first time should do so prior to May 30th in order to be included on the 1st FIS list (July 2009), in order to guarantee participation in the FIS events during the 2009 New Zealand season.
Athletes holding a current international FIS registration number (renewable annually) will be eligible to:
a) Compete in FIS races in New Zealand and overseas
b) Be included on the FIS Points List and gain FIS points
The following qualification policy applies for New Zealand athletes competing in FIS races:
a) Hold a current National Points registration number
b) Born 1994 or earlier
c) Hold a current FIS registration number NB: All athletes entering a FIS or Continental Cup race must have a valid FIS code issued by the FIS prior to making an entry.
d) Sign the Athletes Declaration
Proof of age and proof of NZ citizenship (e.g. copy of relevent passport page or birth certificate)

1. All registrations are completed online by individuals or families and payment can be made by credit card
2. All offline payments attract a $25 per person penalty and must be made in full within 3 working days of online registration. Failure to do so will result in membership being suspended until such time as the fees are paid in full.
3. All membes must also complete the declaration and if relevant FIS required paper work and send through within 3 working days to the SRNZ office. A membership may be suspended if this is not completed. FIS registrations will NOT be processed until ALL required paperwork is returned to the office.
4. All SRNZ registered racers must also declare the SRNZ member club they belong to. All member clubs will be required to confirm this and memberships of individuals will be suspended if they are not a member of a SRNZ member club.
5. No refunds will be given for athletes that stop ski racing during their membership, however injuries with greater than 6 months recovery (medical statements will be required) will be given one extra years membership (national and entry level only) provided they have joined a multiyear option.
6. FIS athletes may only join for one extra year ahead because the majority of the fees here are beyond our control.
7. Memberships Fees will continue to be waived for National Ski Team athletes, not Development Team.
8. Foreign athletes will be required to register as per NZE athletes and pay the same fees.
9. National Registration: K1 and K2 athletes wishing to start in a SRNZ sanctioned event (K Cup, Regional Championships etc) must have National Registration.
10. Entry Level Registration: E1 and E2 athletes, and K1 athletes who compete in entry level events only.
11. If athletes wish to upgrade from one category to another, they simply pay the difference between the relevant categories- this must be completed offline (service fees apply).
12. All Member Clubs shall provide a return of athletes, officials and coaches in the form prescribed by SRNZ to the National office by 30 June each year as per clause 5.5.13 of the Constitution.
13. That form shall require name address, date of birth, e-mail address, classification for each member and the competition level they will be competing in. The Member Club shall enclose with the return the relevant registration fee for their club.
14. Notification of the intention to renew FIS registration after June 15th will incur additional late fees from the FIS.
15. Athletes wishing to register for FIS for the first time must do so prior to May 30th.
16. Athletes wishing to register for FIS for the first time must provide proof of Nationality and age eg. Birth Certificate or Passport.
17. Athletes wishing to register for FIS for the first time must have a letter of endorsement from their Programme Director or coach.
18. All athletes wishing to register for FIS must complete the FIS Athlete Declaration form.
19. All the above requirements MUST be met and documentation returned to SRNZ prior to FIS registration being processed.
20. The National Registration list on the SRNZ website will be used as proof of membership/authorisation to start in SRNZ sanctioned events in a similar manner to FIS sanctioned events.
21 Registration cards will no longer be issued.
Ski Racing New Zealand will NOT refund membership fees for athletes or officials no longer continuing to be involved in the sport or for injuries but will consider other applications on a case by case basis.
