Open Forum - To Members of Ski Racing NZ (SRNZ) and others interested

OPEN FORUM

Latimer Lodge, Christchurch.

10am, Sunday 21 June 2009

Following our last Annual General Meeting SRNZ has integrated many of its administration functions with Snow Sports NZ (SSNZ) which has led to increased efficiencies through the sharing of common resources.  SPARC as part of its ongoing review of the structure of Snow Sports now wishes for all snow sports to become fully integrated within SSNZ. In order to take this next step the Board of SRNZ would like to discuss this with you.

As it is anticipated that many will be attending the ROC/FIS TD Seminar in Christchurch from 19 to 21 June in Christchurch we thought it a good opportunity to have a forum on the morning of Sunday 21 June.  It is understood the seminar programme on that day needs to be curtailed and so we propose to start our seminar at about 10am or as soon as the seminar programme concludes.

If you are unable to attend this forum the Board does intend to hold other forums in Auckland, Ohakune, and the Wanaka/ Queenstown area later in the season.

The Board and I look forward to seeing and speaking with you all.

Kind Regards,

James R. Lazor, Alpine Director
